Dolphin Tale Movie

For anyone that knows me, they know I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dolphins. I loved them before they were cool or the in-thing to collect. For our honeymoon, my husband took me to swim with the dolphins. It was the most fun thing I've ever done.

Growing up on islands, on Oahu and Okinawa, I have always had a love affair with these amazing creatures. They're gracious and inviting. Their communication skills are deeper and more complex than we'll ever understand. They're playful explorers who deserve our affection and adoration.

Wyland is my favorite artist. His art graces murals all over the world with his underwater marine life paintings. I have his art adorning my walls at home.

The mysterious nature of dolphins is one I've always aligned with my entire life, so you know the movie 'Dolphin Tale' is a must-see for me!

When I saw the trailer for Dolphin Tale my entire insides were screaming. However, since I was in the theater, I couldn't jump up with excitement - although I really felt like it. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw my husband staring at me during the trailer for the film. I turned to see him knowingly smiling down at me. He knew what I was feeling....pure joy at the thought of this amazing film concept. And then to find out it was based on a TRUE story with 'Winter' starring in her own role....forget about it I couldn't hold it in any longer.

I yelled out for all to hear - 'I can't wait to see it!' The crowd giggled in response.

So now that it's coming out on DVD...I'm hoping I get a copy of it in my stocking. This film is everything it is promised to be. In my opinion, it's the best 'feel-good' movie of the year. Plus it has an amazing cast -- Ashley Judd, Kris Kristofferson, Harry Connick Jr, & Morgan Freeman. These are actors that align with superior projects across their career.

Dolphin Tale is produced by those that did 'The Blind Side', which is a good indicator to prove it's a stature of being a heartfelt feel-good film.

Take a look at the trailer.
