To me, it's amazing when my 5-year-old comes home talking about the history behind MLK day. When I was in Kindergarten, we learned ou...

For anyone that knows me, they know I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dolphins. I loved them before they were cool or the 'in thing' to collect. For our honeymoon trip 11 years ago, my husband took me to swim with the dolphins. It was the most fun thing I've ever done.
Growing up on islands, on Oahu and Okinawa, I have always had a love affair with these amazing creatures. They're gracious and inviting. Their communication skills are deeper and more complex than we'll ever understand. They're playful explorers who deserve our affection and adoration.
Wyland is my favorite artist. His art graces murals all over the world with his underwater marine life paintings. I have his art adorning my walls at home.
The mysterious nature of dolphins is one I've always aligned with my entire life, so you know the movie 'Dolphin Tale' is a must see for me!
When I saw the trailer for Dolphin Tale my entire insides were screaming. However since I was in the theater, I couldn't jump up in excitement - although I really felt like it. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw my husband staring at me during the trailer for the film. I turned to see him knowingly smiling down at me. He knew what I was feeling....pure joy at the thought of this amazing film concept. And then to find out it was based on a TRUE story with 'Winter' starring in her own role....forget about it I couldn't hold it in any longer.
I yelled out for all to hear - 'I can't wait to see it!' The crowd giggled in response.
So now that it's coming out on DVD...I'm hoping I get a copy of if in my stocking. This film is everything its promised to be. In my opinion it's the best 'feel good' movie of the year. Plus it has an amazing cast -- Ashley Judd, Kris Kristofferson, Harry Connick Jr, & Morgan Freeman. These are actors that align with superior projects across their career.
Dolphin Tale is produced by those that did 'The Blind Side', which is a good indicator to prove it's stature of being a heartfelt feel-good film.
Take a look at the trailer.
Looking at the calendar, it's now 6 days to Christmas. If you're anything like me - you're going to have last minute shopping needs. A Dolphin Tale DVD will be a must have item for anyone on your list. Oh! And, make sure you remember to get a copy for yourself too!!
It will be available on Blu-ray 3D Combo pack, featuring a 3D hi-definition, a hi-definition, a standard definition & a digital copy of the theatrical film, for $40.99, Blu-ray Combo Pack, featuring hi-definition, a standard definition and a a digital copy of the film, for $35.99 an don a single DVD for $28.98.

Thought you all would like to see some of my son's latest work. He's the inner-child voice over actor. So you won't see him in the commercial, but you'll hear his voice. I think he did very very well. I've got a talented little guy!
