Daily Grind
So this week my numerous sleep disorders haven't bothered me one bit. I think my job at the restaurant has me so busy that by the time night time rolls around, I'm ready to crash.
I haven't gotten the whole swing of how to eat during the day yet. Breakfast makes me queasy, so I normally don't eat it. BUT, if I don't eat something early, I won't eat until three pm. My schedule is 11 - 2:45ish, and I can't eat while working.
Most eat right afterward in the restaurant, but I try not to do that either as I need to conserve every dime I make in tips. So when it's time to get off, I'm either starving or my stomach has forgotten I'm starving... and I just can't eat then either.
Any suggestions for me?

I would drink a glass of milk right before you leave and eat a granola bar. It is healthy and will fill you up. Maybe pack a "lunch" of some light items like grapes and carrots to eat on your way home. Treat yourself to a nice lunch box from Vera Wang. They are insulated and a little ice pack or a frozen Capri Sun will keep it cold. When you pick your son up from school, you could treat him to the Capri Sun on the way back.
Not to get off topic, but I have been freezing those Capri Suns for years and using them in my sons lunch box as an cool pack. He loves the fact they are slushy by the time lunch time comes around. We only do this when it is really hot out. In the fall/spring and winter he gets a bottle of water. It stays pretty cool too.
